NSR REGION 2 CUP FINALIST

Storm 96 represented NMSC and the State of Michigan very well over the weekend of April 28th-29th. The girls played in the National Flight and went 2-1 in pool play beating Team Elmhurst Select (13th Il.) 3-1 and NSA Premier (#5 IL. & #19 Region 2) 2-0. Storm 96 lost in a tough Final game 2-0 to Strikers FV 96 (#4 IL. & #16 Region 2).
The team has now made the finals in all tournaments it has participated in, winning 2 of them.
They are coached by Paul Kastens and currently ranked # 8 in Michigan.
